PRENATAL CONSULTATION
Prenatal classes include education about how to prepare for breastfeeding while pregnant, what to expect during and immediately after delivery, and techniques to use postpartum to avoid breastfeeding pitfalls. Approximately 1 hour.
Cost: $70, in home visit
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The intitial one-on-one consultation generally lasts 1-2 hours and is completed in the comfort of your own home. During this initial assessment, an in-depth feeding history is taken, hands-on observation of a feeding, and latching techniques are provided. Pre- and post-feed infant weights may be taken to determine intake. A care plan will be developed and a report will be shared with your primary healthcare provider.
Cost: $145, in home visit
FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
In-person follow-up consultations are available for re-evaluation of breastfeeding progress and readdressing any ongoing concerns. This includes a report to your healthcare provider. Appointments last up to 1 hour.
Cost: $85, in home visit
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Virtual appointment via a HIPAA-compliant platform. This includes a report to your healthcare provider. Not appropriate for all situations. Contact me to discuss if this is an option for you.
Cost: $35 (30 minutes), $65 (1 hour)
BACK TO WORK CONSULATION
This appointment is designed to prepare you for returning to work with tips on how to prepare for your return to work, pumping to keep your supply up, and milk storage. Appointments last 45 minutes.
Cost: $50, in home
GOLDEN MILK PACKAGE
This package includes a prenatal consultation, one initial postpartum consultation, and one in-person follow-up. This also includes follow-up by phone and/or email after each in-person consultation.

HOSPITAL VISIT
Those first 48 hours after birth are some of the most important with initiating breastfeeding, but many moms aren't sure where and how to start. Many hospitals do not have a full time IBCLC on staff, or any lactation consultant at all, and those that do generally do not follow-up with moms after discharge. This appointment includes a hospital visit by the IBCLC to help with breastfeeding initiation and also a follow-up via phone or email. Additional services can be added on. Appointments last 45 minutes.

NUTRITION SERVICES-Telenutrition
Nutritional counseling via a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. All nutrition services are provided by a registered, licensed dietitian. Some topics include, but are not limited to:
* Pregnancy nutrition to include, but not limited to, morning sickness, gestational diabetes
* Postpartum weight loss
* Food allergies and intolerances
* Diabetes
* Pediatric nutrition
* Picky eaters (pediatrics)
Cost: $75, approximately 1 hour
